Supporting OceanWatch Australia
Merchandise purchases help support OceanWatch Australia’s work for healthy oceans, sustainable fisheries, and thriving marine ecosystems.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible donations and do not qualify for a tax receipt. The purchase of merchandise is considered the purchase of a product, although proceeds contribute to supporting OceanWatch Australia’s programs and operations.
Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and pricing are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and the final product.
OceanWatch Australia reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
OceanWatch Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Products are unavailable;
- Pricing or product information errors have occurred;
- Payment cannot be processed;
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.
Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the performance of third-party delivery providers.
OceanWatch Australia is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier providers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
As a small not-for-profit organisation, we do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@oceanwatch.org.au and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Product Availability
While we aim to keep stock levels accurate, products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product, backorder arrangement, or refund.
